Banda Aceh City was most severely damaged by the earthquake and tsunami in Aceh in 2004. Because many reconstruction projects from various aid sources, there were many variations in house design and quality. The purpose of this community service was to measure the strength of the aid houses after more than 15 years being occupied. The activity was carried out in Meuraxa District where the death toll reached 92.72%. Randomly, 5 gampong (village) were taken from a total of 9 with 10 houses each so a total of 50 houses were successfully evaluated. The concrete structure measurement used the Hammer Test tool. The results of the concrete structure strength, in order of good quality are Gampong Blang, Lambung, Cot Lamkuweh, and Blang Oi. While in Gampong Lamjabat showed that none met the requirements. Hopefuly, the results of this measurement will be of concern to residents and the local government.
