Abstrak

Penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan di kalangan remaja menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif, termasuk gangguan kesehatan mata, penurunan kualitas tidur, berkurangnya konsentrasi belajar, serta risiko kecanduan digital. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Samarinda mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan screen time secara sehat. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan: workshop “Kenali Screen Time Sehat”, challenge mingguan “Kurangi 1 Jam Screen Time”, kampanye media sosial sekolah, dan pelatihan kader gadget sehat. Metode partisipatif digunakan dengan melibatkan siswa, kader sebaya, guru BK, serta mahasiswa pendamping. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, monitoring screen time harian, serta kualitas konten kampanye. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa, perubahan perilaku dalam mengurangi durasi penggunaan gadget, serta keterlibatan aktif dalam produksi konten edukatif. Pelatihan kader memperkuat keberlanjutan program dengan membentuk agen perubahan di sekolah. Program ini menegaskan bahwa intervensi berbasis sekolah efektif dalam membangun budaya digital sehat dan dapat direplikasi di lingkungan pendidikan lain di Indonesia.
